I like your multifaceted interests...Chakras are specially important when you do 'PRANAYAM' OR the art of right breathing in yoga....the positive energies are chanellised throught the chakras. I spend an hour and a half every morning doint pranayam.
Yoga is a must for me now shobha, i always make the time for at least 30 minutes a day. I really do miss it if i don't do it regularly, i notice the difference in my mood and my physical health so I am certain of it's merits. I still have lots to learn about yoga which is why i am interested in all the books.
